  3. Lower your hips down and back as if you were sitting on a chair until your thighs are parallel to the floor or lower.
  4. Push through the heels and push the hips forward to return to the starting position.

  • Leaning upper body: Keep your chest upright and avoid leaning forward too much to protect your lower back.
